Optimus Performance Marketing are an award willing affiliate management company. Established in 2006 we have over 25 years industry experience at management level. Optimus-PM are based in Plymouth but have expanded with offices in both London and Germany. With over 60 clients in the affiliate space we are the largest dedicated affiliate management company in the UK. Because of recent client wins we looking for a new account manager to join our growing team.
Job Role
The successful candidate will need to understand the requirements of clients and be able to work as part of a team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential as is an understanding of basic html. Language skills would also be a benefit, and would help the successful candidate to support our growing European presence.
Responsibilities:-
• Manage a portfolio of affiliate programmes
• Develop relationships with publishers and networks
• Communicate publisher opportunities to clients
• Analysis and reporting of programme performance to clients
• Compilation and implementation of client marketing plan
• Preparation and sending of content and tactical newsletters
• Assisting in compilation of sales pitches
• Attending networking/industry events
Ideal Candidate:-
• Ideally 2+ years of experience within affiliate marketing – network experience preferred
• Advanced user of Word, Excel.
• Organised, reliable and hardworking attitude
• Possess a positive ”can-do” attitude
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• A sense of humour and able to create positive relationships
