7pm – Champagne reception
8.00pm – Charity Raffle – tickets are £1 each – get them here or on the night
8.30/9pm – BBQ (please email events@optimus-pm.com with any dietary requirements)
10pm onwards – Disco!
1am – late night snacks – Disco ends
1.30am onwards – networking!
