Affiliates are not permitted to bid on misspells or variations of our brand names & keywords outlined above within paid search activity. Examples: kaygeebeedeelz.co.uk, kgbdheals.co.uk, etc
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on hybrid terms that contain our brand name (including misspells and variations) within paid search activity. Examples: Kgbdeals.co.uk deals, Kgbdeals.co.uk offers, Kgbdeals.co.uk vouchers etc.
Affiliates are not allowed to use any sites or landing pages that represent themselves or pass themselves off as Kgbdeals.co.uk or take any action that is likely to mislead third parties to believe such a site is the Kgbdeals.co.uk site.
2. Ad Copy Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to use our brand name within their ad title for paid search activity.

3. Domain Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to use domains containing our brand name (including misspells and variations) within paid search activity. Examples: www.kgbdailydeals.co.uk , www.kgbvouchers.org, etc.
Affiliates are permitted to use our brand name (including variations) within the sub folders of their domains for paid search activity. Examples: www.affiliatesite.co.uk/kgbdeals, www.affiliatesite.com/kgbdeals etc..
Affiliates are not permitted to use our brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain of their own domains for paid search activity.
Examples: www.kgbdeals.affiliatesite.com, www.kgbdeals.affiliatesite.co.uk, www.kgbdeals.affiliatesite.tv, kgbdeals.affiliatesite.biz etc.
4. Pop-ups, pop-unders & iframes
Any pop-up, pop-under or iframes that are used to force the cookie onto the users browser are entirely unacceptable.
5. Registration-based programme
Kgbdeals will closely monitor the quality of email registrations. It is forbidden to proactively generate newsletter sign-ups (e.g. through mailing lists). The quality of the newsletter signups will be individually checked and any affiliates generating low quality (e.g. under 18 years of age, high bounce rates, no sale activity) will be removed from the payout of the kgbdeals registration programme.
Please note that it is not permitted to advertise to members via any method the £1.00 commission for registrations. Cashback and incentivised affiliates are asked to only promote the sale commissions for customers making a purchase. Commission is still paid to affiliates for both, but will be declined if affiliates promote the registration commission to users, and affiliates doing so will be suspended from the programme.
6. Social Media Promotion
Affiliates must ensure that any content displayed on social media such as Facebook, Google + and Twitter, represents genuine KGB Deals offers correctly in terms of description, pricing and information that would be found on the offer page of the KGB Deals site. Any affiliate found promoting fictitious KGB Deals will be removed immediately from the programme and all commissions cancelled. Affiliates found to be misrepresenting deals (either in price, offer or description) or promoting expired deals intentionally or otherwise will be suspended until corrections are made. Repeated breach of the guidelines will result in removal from the programme and the cancellation of commissions.
