We will manage the launch of a new programme – benchmarking versus the competition, compiling launch text, strategy and commercial policy. Helping merchants select the most appropriate network partner as well as implementing a full package of launch communications and affiliate recruitment.
For existing programmes we will conduct a full health-check, looking at all aspects of the programme including affiliates, creative, communications and other tools.
With reporting and analysis we formulate marketing and communication strategies designed to increase sales, profitability and profile for our merchants based on optimal use of available strategies and optimisation of affiliate recruitment and publisher integrations.
We use a tried and tested package combining the merchant site, the Optimus Performance Marketing blog, network tools and industry forum into a coherent communications package to convey news, best sellers, new initiatives and housekeeping messages. This ensures client programme details are clearly available and enjoy a high share of voice amongst affiliates.
