Affiliates are not allowed to send traffic directly to the Thomas Pink website.
Affiliates are not allowed to use the Thomas Pink display URL in their ads.
Affiliates are not allowed to use the Thomas Pink brand within ad titles or descriptions.
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the Thomas Pink brand name, misspellings and variations of the brand name brand name plus generic terms such as ‘Thomas Pink voucher codes’
For any paid search activity we would ask affiliates to add negative matches/excluded keywords against Thomas Pink branded terms.
Any affiliate found to be serving ads for these terms may have commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.
Branding Guidelines:-
Thomas Pink is a British shirt maker with flagship stores in London’s Jermyn Street, Madison Avenue, New York and Rue Francois Premier, Paris specialising in the design and production of quality shirts and associated accessories for men and women.
Affiliates should always represent Thomas Pink in a positive, relevant manner and portray their brand values correctly, these include; Britishness, Authority and Confidence.
Affiliates should always refer to the brand as Thomas Pink in all communications. TP, Pink, ThomasPink and any other variation is not acceptable.
Affiliates are asked not to use words that may lessen the quality of the Thomas Pink brand. Such excluded words include (but are not restricted to) – cheap, discounted, bargain.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as being the Thomas Pink brand or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that such a partner site is actually the Thomas Pink brand.
Affiliates are asked not to hardcode any banners into their sites so that all updates through Affiliate Window and Commission Junction may take immediate effect.
Affiliates must not alter any of the creative supplied through Affiliate Window, Commission Junction or from Thomas Pink or any of the agencies they work worth.
Affiliates must agree not to promote the Thomas Pink programme through any website, email or other form of promotion that is; misleading, libellous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, contains content targeted at children, offers or promotes pornography, tobacco, gambling or any illegal goods or services, or the disparagement of any individual group on the basis of age, colour, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or physical or mental handicap.
Domain Name Infringement
Affiliates must not purchase domain names which include the Thomas Pink brand name, registered trademarks, nor any misspells or variations.
Affiliates must not use the Thomas Pink brand name, any brand misspellings or similar variations in any domain names before the third forward slash.

Affiliate Approvals
The affiliate website must be fully operational and running to meet approval for the Thomas Pink affiliate programme.
Thomaspink.com is not a discount operator and we do not wish to be associated with any discount based sites e.g. voucher, cashback. We do run promotions and we run weekly newsletters detailing these promotions.
