September 2016 marks the 10th Anniversary for Optimus. This 10-year milestone is a poignant one as the team celebrate their most successful year to date with annual turnover at an all-time high. In the last decade Optimus have placed themselves on the map as one of the leading e-commerce digital marketing agencies in the UK.
Looking back, Optimus have come a long way since they launched in 2006. The two founders and a single investor started in the back room of a house and have since built an enviable business with a client list of blue chip household name brands as well as boutique brands. A number of these clients have worked with Optimus since the beginning, their loyalty a direct result of the consistent results that Optimus generate for them. Current clients include; Kwik Fit, Elemis and most recently Ripley’s Believe it or Not, to name but a few. In total, Optimus is responsible for driving over £55 Million in online client revenue in the last year alone.
There is plenty more to be proud of too with many award nominations and several award wins – including Agency of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year – consistent growth in team numbers, turnover growth, new technology launch, and above all, growth in client accounts across the board.
To mark the 10th Anniversary, Optimus will be throwing birthday celebrations in both Devon and London for staff, customers, suppliers, and partners to mark the occasion. Celebrations will include cake, bubbles, speeches, and a live band.

The entrepreneurial approach of the founders continues with the launch of their latest product; Type the Hype. Type the Hype is an innovative platform that connects brands with influencers. Developed entirely in-house and launched in May, the platform has already attracted clients such as Elemis, Chi Chi and Crew Clothing.
