On the 24th April, members of the OPM team attended the 12th Performance Marketing Awards at Mayfair’s prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel , London. We are extremely proud to have been nominated for multiple awards each year Performance Marketing Awards has been running, having been five times winners of the extremely competitive Best Agency category in the past. This year we were shortlisted for Most Effective Agency and Best Managed Affiliate Programme for our work with Snapfish UK.
Our work on Snapfish UK was shortlisted for the Best Managed Affiliate programme due to the phenomenal results for 2017 under OPM’s management of the affiliate programme. Compared to sales in pre-dating our account management, we have delivered 2257% growth in affiliate revenue for the programme. The average order value for the same period has also increased by 780%. The cost per action has decreased from 500% in 2010 to 16% in 2017.
We were shortlisted for Most Effective Agency after an incredible year in 2017. Not only did we increase our turnover by 41%, but we welcomed many new clients last year including Navabi, Clintons, Crocs, Richer Sounds, Glenmuir, Hershesons and Howe Tools. Client retention and expansion of their current programmes were our key objectives for 2017. In addition we are thrilled to have achieved a 44% increase in revenue for our clients last year and launched programmes in new territories across Europe and the United States for clients including Gant and Leisure Pass.
Our headline achievement of 2017 was winning the Most Effective Agency award last April. Industry recognition is something that Optimus are not only proud of, but strive to achieve. Being revealed as the winner of this category was met with great pride and excitement. Launching our own network was something as an agency we have discussed for some time, so the realisation of this was a fantastic achievement for us. This allows us to offer better services for clients, with more insight and data than ever before, as well as and possibly most importantly, solidifying our existing relationships.
